| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，以科学技术的高速发展为主导的全方位的全球化趋势，随着信息革命的兴起而愈演愈烈。这一趋势的负面影响在于其强烈冲击着第三世界国家的主权和文化安全。在全球化进程中，以美国为首的西方发达资本主义国家操纵着全球化的主导权。为了对抗西方的文化霸权，我们应当加强爱国主义教育，突出危机意识教育，重视民族传统文化教育，自觉维护国家文化安全。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century, with the rise of information education, an omnibearing globalization tendency led by the rapid development of science and technology, has become increasingly intensive. The disadvantage of this tendency is that the tidal waves of globalization are pounding the safety of national and cultural sovereignty of the third world countries. In the process of globalization, the developed countries in the west headed by the United States are holding the leading power in manipulating it. In order to counterbalance the western cultural hegemony, we should promote patriotism education, highlight crisis consciousness and attach importance to the education of traditional national culture, consciously defending the safety of national culture. |
