我国男排高水平后备人才身体形态的现状分析

摘    要:以参加2016年8月漳州集训的省、市体校的18支男排队伍222名运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和比较分析法对其年龄、训练年限及身高、体重、克托莱指数、指间距和手足间距等主要身体形态特征进行分析,了解其身体形态的现状与发展规律,可以为我国男排高水平后备人才的培养提供参考。结果表明:参加此次高水平后备人才基地训练营活动的男排运动员年龄较小,训练时间短;不同专位运动员的身体形态特征跟一般意义上排球运动员的专位身体形态特征不符合,主要是由于大多数集训队员刚入队不久,训练年限短,专位分工暂时不明确。要紧密结合青少年运动员的生长发育特点,抓住排球训练的"黄金定律",采用科学的训练方法和手段,以便向更高层次的运动队输送更多优秀人才。

Abstract:Using the method of the documentation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, it analyzes the characteristic of age,training years and partial body sharp gathered from 223 players in 18 male volleyball high level reserve teams, who take part in 2016 All National Volleyball High Level Reserve Talents Training Camp.The purpose is to find out the status of the body shape and the law of development to provide reference for the cultivation of high level reserve talents in China Male Volleyball.The conclusion:the national volleyball high level reserve talents are young and training time is short;the body sharp characteristic of different position athletics is accord with the body sharp characteristic of volleyball athletics' position selection in general sense.Mainly due to join the team no long , training period is short, the professional division of labor is not clear.The training should obey the volleyball training"golden rule",get close connection with the young athletes growth characteristic,adopt scientific training methods and means , and transport more outstanding talents to a higher level of sports.
