| 摘 要： | 随着人类社会向知识经济、信息化时代的迈进,信息技术为远程教育拓宽了发展的空间,促使了知识经济的崛起,形成了大众化的学习型社会。学习者普遍认为,选择现代远程教育这种学习方式,可以利用信息技术的优势进行学习,从而提高人们在社会发展中的主体地位。终身学习的重要性明显突出,其观念已被普遍认同。

| Abstract: | With the development of knowledge economy and information era,information technology has ex-panded the scope of distance education,spurred knowledge economy and formed a popularized learning-style society.It is generally considered that learners choose modern distance education as their learning method so that they can take advantage of IT and learn how to study.They hold that distance education can enhance the public status in social development.The importance of lifelong learning is particularly outstanding and its idea is commonly accepted. |
