| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革的不断深化,学校文化已成为当下人们关注的热点之一.如何建设学校文化,如何理解、提炼与表达学校文化,已成为每所学校现实而又具体的问题.本文针对当前学校文化热中出现的种种问题,试图以一种学校文化建设的专业视角,探讨学校文化应"如何理解"、"如何提炼"、"如何表达"这三个核心问题,旨在提供一种研究思路.

| Abstract: | With the deepening of education reform, school culture has been one of the hot topics which are being paid closer attention to. How to construct school culture? How to understand, refine and express school culture? These have been actual and concrete issues in every school. This article attempts to probe into three core ones among a variety of questions that appear in the discussion about school culture currently, namely, how to understand, how to refine, how to express school culture from a professional perspective of school culture construction. |
