| 摘 要： | 在调查研究湖南省高职教育发展基本情况的基础上，总结了主要经验。认为，高职教育的快速发展，得益于这一类教育定位准确，政府发挥主导作用，发展途径符合地方实际，注重质量与特色。目前高等职业教育仍处于弱势地位，处于资源整合和办学类型、层次的转变过程之中，建议适度控制高职院校设置的数量，稳定高职办学层次，采取措施尽快缩短转型期，制定促进高等职业教育发展的保障措施，加强学校建设，办出质量和特色。

| Abstract: | The article in vestigates the basic situation of the development of higher vocational education in Hu'nan province,summarizes the main experiences,regards that the rapid development of higher vocation-al education in Hu'nan province lies in its right position,putting government into full play,developing path adapting the local situation and emphasizing quality and character.However,the high er vo cation al e-ducation is still in the weak status,so we should control the number of the higher vocation al schools,steady the running school level of higher vocational education,adopt measures to reduce the period of transition,lay down the guarantee system to promote the development of higher vocational education,en-hance the construction of school,run school with high quality and character. |
