| 摘 要： | 高职学生的就业权益保护意识对其就业权益的保护有着重要影响。从法律意识、契约意识、维权意识、证据意识和诚信意识这五种就业权益保护意识入手，对高职学生的就业权益保护意识现状进行调查发现，当前高职学生主要存在就业权益保护意识强弱不均、未能内化及发挥受限等问题。针对这些问题，从政府、社会和学校三方面为提高高职学生的就业权益保护意识提出了意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The employment rights protection awareness of higher vocational college students has an important impact on employ- ment rights protection. The survey of such five employment rights protection awarenesses as awareness of the law, awareness of contract, awareness of rights protection, awareness of evidence and awareness of integrity finds the following problems： uneven employment rights protection awareness, failure in internalizing the awarenesses and limited contribution. To solve these prob- lems, the paper put forward some suggestions to improve students＂ awareness of the employment rights protection from three as- pects of the government, society and vocational colleges. |
