| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作是高校教育教学管理工作的重要组成部分，加强学生工作是高校深化人才培养模式改革的重要环节，是衡量一个学校整体管理水平的标志，也是保证人才培养质量的关键。本文从创新高校学生工作模式出发，全面阐述了建立重心下移的高校学生工作机制的重要意义，基本原则和具体要求，提出了新形势下加强高校学生工作的重要途径。
