| 摘 要： | 空竹作为一项流传千年的传统体育项目,不仅能够起到很好地健身作用,同时也是我国的民族文化瑰宝,将其引入高等院校体育选修课中有着重要的价值和意义.在高校开设空竹选修课既有一定的理论意义,又具有一定的可行性,因此希望能够帮助将空竹运动纳入到高校体育课程中,成为提高学生健康水平、艺术修养和审美情趣的必要手段.

| Abstract: | As a Traditional Chinese ethnic sports with a thousand-year history, Chinese yoyo introduced into higher school PE optional course will play most significantly roles, not only having a function of tltness, but also inheriting this kind ethnic culture treasure. Owing to the theoretical significance and the common feasibility of this plan, it is expected to bringing this kind sport into higher school physical e- ducation which will become a necessary way in increasing the health condition, artistic culture, and aesthetic taste of student. |
