| Abstract: | Through discussion on the relationship between document resource and intellectual property protection,the author emphasizes protecting electronic copyright of electronic resource from it is used. The aim of intellectual property law is to balance the profit between the rightowner and user during the using of intellectual products.We should strengthen protecting intellectual property in order to improve the document resourceutilization and sharing. |
