| 摘 要： | 阐述了大学生网络人际关系流动变化快、宣泄性倾向、认同化选择和社区化形式等主要特点,分析了网络人际关系对大学生的积极影响和消极作用,提出了构建大学生良好网络人际关系的对策:加强网络道德教育,规范大学生网络交往行为;重视网络心理教育,排解大学生人际交往心理障碍;树立正确的交往观念,处理好网上交往与现实交往的关系;构建和谐的人际交往环境,提高大学生人际交往能力.
