| 摘 要： | "一带一路"倡议明显推动我国与沿线周边国家尤其是发展中国家的交流与合作,语言作为沟通的桥梁,是"一带一路"国家间互通互联的关键。新一轮科技和产业革命的核心是智能制造,人才是智能制造的关键。"一带一路"策略对高职人才的需求层次、结构与素质均提出新要求,以适应新一轮科技和产业革命的迫切需求为出发点,通过目标定位重塑、教育特征重析、培养规格重造、专业体系重订、课程体系重构、教学模式重建和、师资队伍重组等七方面进行改革,培养满足"一带一路"发展需求、适应产业结构升级的"跨界复合型职业外语人才"。

| Abstract: | The"Belt and Road"initiative clearly promotes exchanges and cooperation between China and the neighboring countries along the routes,especially developing countries.Language,as a bridge of communication,is the key to the communication and interconnection between the"Belt and Road"countries.The core of a new round of science and technology and industrial revolution is intelligent manufacturing,which is the key to intelligent manufacturing.Therefore,the higher vocational education needs to pay more attention to the new requirements of"Belt and Road"on the level of demand,structure and quality of talents,to adapt to the urgent needs of the new round of science and technology and industrial revolution,and to remodel through the target orientation.,the re-analysis of educational characteristics,the re-creation of training specifications,the reformulation of the professional system,the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the reconstruction of the teaching model and the reorganization of the teaching staff,in order to cultivate the development needs of"Belt and Road",and to meet the upgrading of the industrial structure of the"cross-border compound professional foreign language talents." |
