摘    要:针对雾气分布不均匀的交通监控图像去雾,提出了一种基于近似点扩展函数估计-APEX的去雾算法。算法采用APEX的基本原理,利用暗原色先验求出的有雾图像透射图对APEX参数进行估计,且估计值按整幅图像的雾气浓度分布自适应调整,再计算出点扩展函数并逆运算得出复原的清晰图像。实验结果证明,该算法实时性高且去雾效果好,特别是对雾气分布不均匀的交通图像也有去雾效果,能满足智能交通监控系统的需求。

Abstract:In view of the problem that uneven fog traffic surveillance image restored to a clear image, this paper proposed an algorithm based on approximate point spread function examining(APEX). The algorithm followed APEX steps, at first, APEX parameter estimated by the transmission map of fog image that determined with Dark Channel Prior algorithm, and the estimated value of the whole image adaptive by fog density distribution. Then the point spread function estimated based on APEX method. Finally, got the clear recovery image by the inverse formula calculated. The experiment results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm has higher real-time performance and can obtain better quality. Especially there was defogging effect to the uneven distribution fog traffic image, which meet the needs of intelligent traffic surveillance system.
