| 摘 要： | 藏族盲人需要科学实用的藏语盲文和简写方案.我国目前还没有成熟的藏语盲文方案.现有的两套盲文方案不符合触觉阅读规律和藏语语言规律.藏语盲文研究应把研制基本方案和简写方案同时进行,要充分发挥后发优势.根据藏语字母拼合规律、使用频率,布莱尔符号的触觉可感性设计字母符号,整体优化藏语盲文的触觉品质.藏语盲文要实现藏语字母使用规律与布莱尔符号触觉规律相结合,形成科学、简明的藏语盲文及简写方案.
