Abstract:With three pieces of representitive endogenous hormone after metabolism of hypothalamus - pituitary - sex gland system as the objective, it has a quantitative testing for urine. It has been found that significant changes have taken place in endogenous hormone after heavy load trainging. As for load progressive training, the endogenous hormone is more sensitive and ahead than other biochemical indexes. The establishment of endogenous hormone changing model can confirm an effective training load for athletes to prevent fatigue from happenning.
