蒺藜对过度训练大鼠运动能力及内分泌免疫机能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察蒺藜对过度训练大鼠运动能力及内分泌免疫机能的影响.方法:30只雄性健康SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组、过度训练组和蒺藜+过度训练组,后两组大鼠进行6周递增负荷的跑台运动,其中蒺藜+过度训练组灌胃服用蒺藜,其余两组补充等量生理盐水.于第6周末测定过度训练组和蒺藜+过度训练组大鼠一次力竭运动时间,第7周周一检测3组大鼠外周血中部分内分泌激素和免疫指标的变化.结果:与过度训练组相比,蒺藜+过度训练组大鼠一次力竭运动的时间显著提高,表明蒺藜能提高大鼠的运动能力;与过度训练组相比,蒺藜+过度训练组大鼠外周血睾酮水平、T/C比值显著增加,且超过安静对照组的水平,这可能是蒺藜提高运动能力的机制之一;与过度训练组大鼠相比,补充蒺藜能完全逆转过度运动所致的CD8+增加、CD4+/CD8+的降低、NK细胞的减少,以及部分逆转CD3+的减少.结论:蒺藜能提高大鼠的运动能力,这可能与其增加睾酮水平和T/C比值有关;蒺藜对过度训练所致的受抑免疫功能具有改善作用.
