| 摘 要： | 社会管理是实现社会良性有序运行的基本手段和保证，也是一种政治过程，政府是整个社会管理的核心主体。文章详细阐述了当前我国社会管理存在的主要问题、基本内容、改革的重点领域、目标和主要途径以及完善社会管理中应注意的事项。以期对于我国社会管理政策有所裨益。
