| 摘 要： | 从项目进度管理的专业视角,分析"211工程"重点学科建设项目进度管理中存在的问题,从重点学科建设项目进度管理的复杂性特点出发,构建项目进度计划体系和项目进度管理模型,分析"211工程"学科建设项目中实施进度管理的要点,并提出实施建议.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of project progress management,the thesis analyzes the existing problems of progress management in211 projectkey discipline construction. The project progress system and the project progress management model are constructed according to its complexity feature. The thesis also puts forward the key points and recommendations for frogress management of 211 Projectdiscipline construction projects. |
