| 摘 要： | 在新世纪高职院校扩招致使学生人数成倍增加、思想政治工作日益复杂的情况下,加强高职院校学生管理队伍建设研究,对进一步搞好学生工作和促进学校稳定发展具有特殊的意义。以建设职业化、专业化的专职辅导员队伍为主,辅以党员联系班级制度和专业导师制度的“一主两翼,三管齐下”的学生管理队伍模式,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和维护高职院校稳定的重要组织保证和长效机制。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Construction of Vocational College Students' Managing Team |

| Abstract: | Vocational colleges increasing its enrollments in new century leads to the number of students increasing rapidly,what is more,it also results in the ideological and political education becoming more and more complicated.Under this condition,deeply researching into the problem that how to construct an effective team of students' management in vocational colleges is of special significance to going further into the work for students and also advancing the colleges' development stably.Mainly on constructing specialized and professionalized full-time assistants,assisting with professional instructors policy and the system of party members connecting classes,according to these we can construct a students' management pattern which has one central-two auxiliaries and operates in three.This pattern is a key guarantee organization for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students in the long term effectively. |
