| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，学习已是人一生中的重要内容，学习型社会已经由概念走向现实。在这种背景下。成人教育传统的、单一的、固定的办学形式已经不能适应经济社会的发展，只有以人的终身学习需要为出发点．满足人全面发展的要求，通过更新办学思想、健全管理制度、强化服务功能、提升教育质量、创新办学模式等多方面的改革．来增强成人教育的社会适应性和吸引力，增强成人教育可持续发展的能力。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge-base economy, study is a important part of one＇s life; learning society is moving from concept to reality. Under this kind of background, the traditional, unique, fixed form of running adult education has been unable to meet the needs of new economical society. Only by multi-aspect means of reformation, like starting from the need of lifelong study, meet the need of all-round development, renew the idea of running a school, improve the management system, strengthen the service function, lift educational quality, creating new patterns of running a school, can the sustainable development and society adaptability and attraction of adult education be strengthened. |
