| Abstract: | Using social capital theory,from the structure,relational and cognitive of three different dimensions to clarify and analyse the main factor which impact partner knowledge sharing in network community,respectively,while targeted from the advance of information technology,learning motivation generation,incentive mechanism improvement and collaboration culture cultivation four aspects to expound strategy of promoting partner knowledge-sharing in network community. |
