| 摘 要： | 聋哑特殊读者群体应和其他读者一样同等享受高校图书馆服务。文章以上海应用技术学院为例,阐述该馆坚持"以人为本"原则,为聋哑大学生提供人性化特殊化的服务而开展的各项举措,并对今后的工作提出具体的建议。
