| 摘 要： | 环北京地区防沙治沙工程是改善首都及周边环境,提高人民生活质量和生存条件的跨世纪的重大生态工程,林草种苗建设是该工程的重要组成部分,林草种苗的数量、品种、质量以及供应工作的好坏,将直接影响到工程实施的成效。目前这项工作远远不能满足工程的需要,因此,必须建立新的种苗生产供应体制和机制,强化种苗生产和供应的保障措施。

| Abstract: | The Sandification Control Programme For Areas In The Vicinity Of Beijing is a trans-century programme, which is aimed at improving the environment, life quality and living conditions for the local people. The development of seeds and seedlings is an important part of the programme as the quantity, variety, quality and supply of seeds and seedlings have an influence on the performance of the programme. At present, seeds and seedlings are far from satisfying the needs of the programme, so a new system of production and supply should be established and the measures for ensuring the production and supply of seeds and seedlings should be strengthened as well. |
