| 摘 要： | 坚持马克思社会生产目的的层次的方法，发展市场经济基本经济规律理论；邓小平关于社会主义本质的论断是对社会主义市场经济基本经济规律的科学概括；现代市场经济动力机制长期化的根本趋势，正是社会主义本质优于资本主义，社会主义基本经济规律是最终取代资本主义基本经济规律的根本依据。

| Abstract: | We should develope the theory of basic economic law for market economy using marx's theory of grades of purpose of social production; Deng Xiao ping's opinion of socialist essence is a scientific summarization of basic economic law of socialist market economy; the trend of power mechanism of modern market economy becoming protracted is the basic foundation that socialist nature is superior than capitatism, that the basic economic law of socialist replace the capitatism's. |
