| 摘 要： | 环境、资源是现代经济发展的刚性约束。本文按照可持续发展理论，首先对经济发展环境容量、资源承戴力的内涵、特征进行了界定，以此为基础，对云南经济发展的环境容量和资源承戴力进行了实证分析，并提出了实现经济可持续发展的对策建议。
