| 摘 要： | 《鬼谷子》是流传至今的唯一一部纵横家理论著作，其“转圆”观体现了纵横家的计谋思想。“转”继承了老子“反动寂寥”的思想，讲求败中取胜、因势利导之顺因；“圆”讲求顺循之术与阴道阳取，代表了“转”的极致境界。“转圆”观体现了策士谋略讲求“实用”的精神实质，成为中国谋略学的思想内核。

| Abstract: | Guiguzi is the only theoretical work left by the school of coalition persuaders. Its theory of zhuan and yuan reflected the strategic thinking of the school. The idea of zhuan （turning） inherited Laozi＇s idea of reaction and solitude, seeking victory from defeat and guiding one＇s actions according circumstances; the idea of yuan （circling） emphasizes the strategies of following the circumstances and reaping in a subtle way. It is the ultimate realm of zhuan. The view of zhuan and yuan reflects the pragmatism of strategists and had become the core of Chinas studies of strategies. |
