| Abstract: | The nature of educational management science rests in the intrinsic integration between originality and derivation, between generality and individuality, between attribute and characteristic, and between diversity and unity. As both a science and a discipline, educational management science has the natures of science and discipline. As a sub-discipline of humanistic and social science, educational management science possesses the humanistic, historic and diversified characteristics. Educational management science also has the natures of overlapping and applicability for its originality from the combination of pedagogy and management science and its applicability in the field of education. All the above mentioned attributes constitute the unique features of educational management science. |
