| 摘 要： | 近几年来，随着高校教育体制改革的不断深入，高等职业教育得到了快速发展。但高职院校教师队伍建设中存在的问题，严重影响了高等职业教育事业的可持续发展，本文试就这些问题的根源，谈谈自已的看法。
