| 摘 要： | 高校作为人才的输送中心,高校教学的质量和能力对国家的发展和未来具有重要意义.教学管理工作作为影响高校教学质量和综合能力提高的核心问题,提高教学管理能力一直是高校教学工作的中心.随着高校建设与扩展,一系列管理问题逐渐显现出来,本文主要针对高校教学管理中教学管理理念落后,管理模式僵化,专业人员缺乏以及质量考核机制不科学等问题进行分析,并探讨相应对策,以促进高校教学管理的完善,实现教学管理能力的提升.

| Abstract: | College teaching quality and ability is of great signif- icance to our national development for college is the trans- portation center of talents. Teaching management, as the core issue affecting college teaching quality and ability, is always the center of college teaching. With college construction and expansion, a series of problems arouse gradually. In view of the problems, this paper explores the coping countermeasures, so as to promote the improvement of college teaching manage- ment. |
