| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学是全球化的产物,它能否取得成功很大程度上取决于外籍教师的质量.本文通过对重庆工商大学现代国际设计艺术学院这所中外合作办学机构外籍教师教学和管理模式的分析研究,提出引进优质外籍教师资源,稳定外籍教师队伍的几点建议.
