| 摘 要： | 在教学过程中,笔者发现,职中学生的英语学习存在许多问题,如基础薄弱,学习效率低,学习积极性不高等问题.为了提高学生的学习成绩,也进行了多方面的尝试,最终发现,教学还应该从实际出发,走近学生,鼓励学生,以学生为本,制定教学方案,全面调动学生的学习积极性,从而提高学生的学习效率.

| Abstract: | During the English teaching, the author hnds that many problems on English learning exist among the vocational school students. For example, the learning efficiency is very low＇and the enthusiasm is also not high. In order to improve their English, the author tries a lot. Finally, the author thinks that teachers should do something according to the reality. Be sides, they should observe the students, encourage them and make a proper teaching plan to improve the learning efficiency. |
