| 摘 要： | 中等职业学校学生管理工作是中等职业学校管理的主要工作之一,历来得到中等职业教育管理者和研究者的关注。特别是随着国家对中等职业教育政策的倾斜以及在教育经费方面的不断投入,中等职业教育规模不断扩大,入校学生人数的增多对中等职业学校学生管理工作压力不断增强,寻找到一条适合中等职业学校学生管理的有效途径,成为中等职业教育管理者和研究者不断探索的课题。
