摘    要:组织创新的内部原因是组织目标的选择与修正、组织结构的改变、组织职能的转变、组织成员内在动机与需求的变化。组织创新的外部原因是科学技术的不断进步、组织环境的变动、管理现代化的需要。组织创新的关键是组织制度创新。

Abstract:The internal causes of organizational innovation are choice and adjustment of organizational goals, alter of organizational structure, change of organizational functions and the change of motives and needs of employees. The external causes of organizational innovation are ceaseless progress of science and technology, change of organizational environment and the demand of management modernization. The key to organizational innovation is institutional innovation.
