| 摘 要： | 因特网的发展大大推进了人类社会信息化的进程，但与此同时，也引发了一系列新的问题，尤其是对传统知识产权制度产生了重大影响。本文主要从因特网上作品版权保护归属、网络传输、复制、网络数据库、版权保护的技术措施以及因特网上版权保护的国际化发展趋势等几个方面，结合 我国现行的著作权法和国际最新发展动态，阐述了因特网的版权保护的新进展。

| Abstract: | Internet development advances massively the process of man society informtion process. But at the same time, brings a series of new problems. especialy the great effect on tradition knowledge property system. Combined with chinese current wooks right and international lattest development trend, the paper states the new develoment of copyright protection on internet mainly from the belonging of works copyright protection on internet, network transport, copy, network database, copyright protection and copyright's international develoment trend. |
