| 摘 要： | 项目管理实际上是一个控制系统。利用控制理论可以加深对项目过程管理认识和理解。同时，一些成熟的控制理论的结果，可以很好地应用到项目管理的研究和应用中去，解决其中一些很具体的问题。这对于项目过程管理的科学化、精确化、定量化有着非常重大的意义。
