| 摘 要： | 广东引进创新科研团队专项计划以政策扶持力度大、高含金量而闻名海内外,受到全球尤其是美国硅谷的华裔科学家的青睐。文章尝试从创新科研团队系列政策的内容框架、科学家契约精神与信任制、引进人才领域范围、产业导向、资助政策力度、经费开支、三级评审机制等多个方面对其特色与要点进行分析论述。

| Abstract: | Guangdong special plan of introducing innovative R&D team is well-known to all the world for its high policy support strength and high value,especially to the Chinese scientists of the silicon valley’s in the United States.This paper tries to discuss the features and main points of the innovative R&D team policy,from levels of content framework,scientists contract spirit and trust system,talent field,industry guidance,financial aid efforts,funding and,review mechanism. |
