| 摘 要： | 在现有供应商评价指标与方法的基础上,根据我国制药行业的现状与特点,构建由交易成本及生产技术、服务及柔性等4个一级指标及产品合格率等15个二级指标的制药企业供应商评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重;通过企业案例对本研究建立的供应商评价体系加以应用,以检验该评价指标体系为企业选择最佳供应商合作伙伴的可操作性。

| Abstract: | Based on existing literatures and comprehensive review about the supplier evaluation criteria and methods,this paper proposes an evaluating criteria model according to the characteristics of the pharmaceutical firms.It formed a set of new and systemic evaluating criteria for the pharmaceutical firms,which contains 4 first class criteria and 15 secondary class criteria.AHP is used to evaluate the indexes’ weights.Finally,the paper verified the effectiveness and feasibility of both the evaluating criteria and the method through an example. |
