| 摘 要： | 广东企业科技特派员制度是落实省部行动计划,促进产学深度合作的有效举措。文章采用AHP赋权和熵值法赋权的组合赋权法构建了企业科技特派员工作绩效综合评价体系,在此基础上应用DTOPSIS法构建了基于组合权重的动态多目标决策工作绩效综合评价模型,并对2009年广东省21个地市企业科技特派员工作开展的情况进行综合评价,最后针对分类评价结果提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The system of enterprise technology correspondent is an effective way to implement the plan and promote university-industry collaboration.This paper develops a job performance evaluation system of enterprise technology correspondent using the method of AHP and entropy,and DTOPSIS separately which is based on the combination weight of AHP and entropy,.It then evaluates the performance of the job about enterprise technology correspondent of the twenty-one cities of Guangdong province in the year of 2009 by using the model,finally the paper offers some advice according to the evaluation results to advance the system construction of enterprise technology correspondent. |
