摘    要:通过对中小家族企业员工激励的现状和存在的问题及对问题产生的影响因素的具体分析,借助心理契约理论,提出基于心理契约的员工激励模型,并详细陈述激励措施。

Abstract:This article,through analyzing concretely the achievements and existing problems of employee motivation and the impact factors in Chinese small and medium-sized family firms,by using psychological contract theory,comes up with an employee motivation mechanism model based on the psychological contract,and states the specific incentives in detail.
