| 摘 要： | 以广东南沙为例,建立科技自主创新绩效评价指标,运用Malmquist指数以及DEA中CCR、BCC以及超效率模型对南沙科技自主创新绩效进行评价。研究结果表明,南沙在"十一五"期间,全要素生产率是增长的,其中技术进步发挥了主要作用,纯技术效率和规模效率是有效率的。与珠三角主要城市进行横向比较发现,2010年南沙在综合技术效率得分方面排名第一,纯技术效率和规模效率都是有效的;同时南沙在专利授权量,中小学在校生人数和医疗方面还有很大的提升空间。 |

| Abstract: | The paper builds the performance evaluation index of science technology independent innovation,and then uses the Malmquist index and the DEA of the CCR,BCC and super-efficiency model to evaluate science technology independent innovation performance of Nansha,Guangdong.The results show that the total factor productivity of Nansha is growing in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period,which technological progress plays a major role,and pure technical and scale efficiency are efficient.Compared with the major cities in the Pearl River Delta,Nansha ranks the first in terms of 2010 comprehensive technical efficiency score.The pure technical and scale efficiency are efficient.Meanwhile in the amount of patent authorization,there are a lot of room for improvement in the number of pupils and medical aspect. |
