医学院校教师出版科研著作情况及影响因素的调查分析

摘    要:以掌握和了解高校教师以主编或副主出版科研专著情况,并探索其影响因素为目的,采用抽样调查方法,用自编调查问卷对广东省6所医学高等院校1000名教师出版科研著作及其影响因素进行调查。结果显示高校教师是否著有学术著作的人数在不同的个人基本因素、经费的满意度、科技政策、科研态度、情感以及自我科研能力等因素上存在统计学差异(P<0.001)、统计学意义(p<0.01)和显著相关关系(p<0.01)。由此得出结论,通过解决经济问题和加强对中青年骨干教师的培训,能够较好的解决高校教师著作出版的质与量的问题。

Abstract:Objective: grasping the situation and analyzing the influent factors of scientific research works published by college teachers as editors or vice editors.Methods: adopting method of sampling;carrying out the survey research on the scientific research works and the influent factors of 1000 teachers in 6 medical colleges of Guangdong Province.Results: The fact that university teachers have different outputs of academic works can be attributed to different factors,such as individual factors,the satisfaction of funds,science and technology policy,scientific research attitude,emotion and self scientific research ability,which have the existing statistical difference(P < 0.001),statistically significant(P < 0.01) and relevant relations(P < 0.01).Conclusions: solving financial problems and strengthening the training of middle-aged and young teachers can increase the quality and quantity of published scientific research works of teachers.
