| Abstract: | This paper studied the operation characteristics of service supply chain.Based on the clear understanding about the constitutive components of internal enterprises knowledge in service supply chain,the paper adopted Structural Equation Models to uncover the relevant effects and influence of knowledge interaction among internal enterprises in service supply chain. |
