| 摘 要： | 社科期刊的内容、性质和任务决定了它在文化建设中必然能够而且应该发挥巨大的作用。具体表现在价值导向作用、思维启迪作用、文化传播作用、人才繁衍作用、学术繁荣作用、创新导引作用等六个方面。社科期刊及其编辑要充分发挥自己在文化建设中的作用,就必须树立科学的文化观和科学的审视观,以及敢于超越的创新观。惟有如此,才能在出版业优胜劣汰的竞争中始终站稳脚跟,立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Social science periodial plays an important part because of its content,quality and task in cultural construction.It shows in :leading of value, opening and enlightening of thought,spreading of culture,multiplying of qualified personnel,flouring of academic and promoting of reform.Therefore,we must establish a scientific culture viewpoint,a scientific viewpoint for making choices and adventurous viewpoint for innovation. |
