| 摘 要： | 由于外文期刊蕴藏着的情报信息量,往往比现刊更有参考价值,而且外刊具有一定的深度和广度,所以虽然过时,但是仍然具有一定的使用价值,是一份可以开发和利用的重要资源,也是图书馆工作中的一项重要任务。过刊资源的大量闲置不利于期刊资源的开发和利用。既浪费资源,也影响了图文管理功能的发挥,影响了为读者服务的质量,影响了服务工作的正常开展。目前高校外文过刊的资源利用率据仅为42.2%,不能不说是一种浪费。提高外文过刊的管理效率,充分利用过刊的资源性,是高校图书馆面临的一项重要工作内容。

| Abstract: | As a result of foreign periodicals is the quantity of the information,often more valuable than current journals and periodicals,has a certain depth and breadth,so although outdated,but still have certain using value,is the important resources of development and utilization,is an important task in the library.A large number of idle of resources is not conducive to the development and utilization of periodical resources.It is not only a waste of resources,but also affects the function of text management,affect the quality serve for reader,affect the service work.The foreign periodicals resources utilization rate is only 42.2%,is not a waste.Improve the efficiency of management of the foreign periodicals,make full use of the resources of back issues,is an important working content university library facing. |
