| 摘 要： | 深圳市淡水河流域工业园区在建设中存在趋同化建设、产业链断裂、管理不规范等问题,可根据工业生态学原理和循环经济理念改造和升级传统工业园区,改进和完善规划和建设中的工业园区,建设国家级标准电镀生态工业园区。而要更好地推进生态工业园建设,必须发挥政府在设定入园标准、提供公共设施和服务、构建政策和技术支持体系等方面的作用。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the construction status of industrial park around freshwater river. It was pointed out that the park needed to be upgraded in terms of planning and standard according to the concept of circular economy and the principles of industrial ecology. To achieve these goals, many measures must be taken, including setting the admission standard, providing public facilities and services and formulating policy and technical support system. |
