| 摘 要： | 融资融券业务是促进中国证券市场走向成熟的有效手段和实现市场决定性作用发挥的重要机制。事实证明，在证监会正式启动证券公司融资融券试点以来，融资融券业务对证券公司和证券市场产生了多层面的不同影响，证券信用交易也日益发展成为较为成熟的市场交易制度。未来时期，面对全球经济金融一体化所带来的机遇和挑战，中国融资融券业务必须更加重视市场决定性作用的发挥，并更好地发挥监管部门的职能，这对于通过制度体系的日益完善保障证券公司和投资者的利益以及有效降低市场风险，至关重要。

| Abstract: | Margin trading business which has witnessed its profound influences on security company is a very important mechanism and effective means to improve the securities development in China. and it has become a matured market institution. However, the business should show its great concerned with the market and government＇s supervision. These concerns are crucial to ensure the profits of the security cooperation and the investors, and reduction of market risks in the future. |
