| 摘 要： | 高校"双困"毕业生作为毕业生中的特殊群体,面临贫困与求职的双重压力,往往承受巨大的心理压力,如果不能妥善引导,往往存在极大的安全隐患,应引起高度重视。本文从"双困"毕业生的就业现状出发,分析了就业困境的成因,并探讨了解决"双困"毕业生困境的对策。

| Abstract: | As the special group among college graduates, these ＂double-difficulties＂ students face double pressures of poverty and unemployment. Under the great psychological burden, if not being properly guided, they will engender the potential hazard. So this issue should be highly stressed on. The paper starts from the employment status of ＂double - difficulties＂ graduates, analyzes the reason of theemployment problem and investigates how to solve the predicament in landing a job. |
