| 大学英语教师专业发展的途径研究 |

| 摘 要： | 教师发展教育的理论与实践证明,观摩教学是教师在职发展的有效手段之一。通过一所大学的一次观摩教学活动纪实及其后续影响分析,发现:观摩教学对在职大学英语教师专业发展具有很大的推动作用。通过提供观摩的平台,教师们可以学习先进的教学方法,检讨与改进自己的教学行为,从而有助于提高自己的专业水平;而且,教师专业发展的成败取决于教师自我发展的积极性和主动性,这是我们目前所要努力工作的重点。

| Abstract: | The theory and practice of teacher-development education has proved that observation teaching is one of effective methods for the development of in-service teachers.By means of an observation teaching activity in a university and its follow-up impact analysis it is found out that observation teaching plays a great promoted role in the major development of college English teachers in service.Through providing observation platform,the teachers can learn from advanced teaching method,review and improve their own teaching behaviors so as to help them improve their major level.And it is the key task we should currently work hard on that success and failure of the development of teacher's major depends on the enthusiasm and initiative of teacher's self-development. |
