岩巷快速掘进技术的实践与探讨

摘    要:如何提高爆破效率,改善爆破效果,增加进尺,保证巷道成型,仍是岩巷掘进爆破工作中应解决的主要问题。文章结合岩石爆破破碎理论和工程实践经验,从影响凿岩爆破效果等诸因素出发,对影响岩巷掘进中深孔爆破掘进速度和巷道质量的炮眼深度、掏槽爆破和光面爆破、定向断裂控制爆破等若干技术问题进行了较为细致地分析和研究,提出了较为合理的掏槽形式和掏槽参数、光爆装药结构和光爆参数以及定向断裂控制爆破技术和施工管理组织。

Rock lane rapid excavation technology practice and discussion
Abstract:How to improve blasting efficiency, improves blasting effect, increase footage, ensure roadway molding, still rock roadway blasting work should address the main issues. In combination with crushed rock blasting theoretical and practical experience in engineering, from the influence of various factors such as drilling and blasting effect starting. Affecting rock roadway in deep hole blasting speed and roadway excavation quality borehole depth, undercutting blasting and smooth blasting, directional fracture controlled blasting some technical issues such as more detailed analysis and research. Made more reasonable undercutting form and undercutting arguments, light burst charging structure and optical burst parameters and directional fracture controlled blasting technology and construction management organization.
