| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病合并肺部感染的临床治疗特点。方法：对2009年9月至2012年11月收入本院的81例糖尿病患者合并肺部感染进行回顾性的分析。结果：显效66例（81．48％），缓解9例（11．11％）；无效6例（7．4％）。结论：糖尿病患者易发生肺部感染，而血糖控制情况与糖尿病患者合并肺部感染关系极为密切。应监测患者血糖定期做胸部X线检查，以便达到早诊断早治疗的目的。

| Abstract: | Object： To explore the clinical treatment of diabetic lung infection. Methods： In September 2009 to November 2012 revenue in our hospital 81 cases of diabetes patients with pulmonary infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 66 cases were markedly improved （81.48%）, level 9 cases （11.11%）; Invalid 6 cases （7.4%）.Conclusion： Diabetes easy happening lung infection and blood sugar control had close relations with diabetes by pulmonary infection, should do regularly monitoring blood glucose in patients with chest X-ray examination, in order to achieve the goal of early diagnosis and treatment. |
