| 摘 要： | 公务员的素质直接决定着政府管理社会的能力和服务公众的水平。而参加公务员考试的群体中最多的是学生,高校对他们知识和能力的培养在很大程度上也决定了今后我国公务员队伍的素质。随着公务员考录工作科学性提高,对高校人才培养也提出了新的要求。高校要适应社会需求导向,提升创新型人才的培养质量,才能肩负起科教兴国、人才强国的使命。

| Abstract: | Qualities of civil servants directly determine the quality of the government＇s ability to manage the society and public service levels.College students take up most of the participants,so their knowledge and abilities cultivated in colleges and universities,to a large extent,determine the quality of China＇s civil servants.With the scientific improvement in examination and acceptance of civil servants,new demands for talents training will arise.Colleges and universities shall meet the community-oriented needs,enhance the quality of creative talents and they will shoulder the mission to prosper China through science and education and strengthen China through talents. |
